The product is designed to use internally by inserting according to your comfort level.
For beginners should start with the light weight smaller ball by inserting the end while standing and supporting the other end gently with the palm and squeezing the vaginal muscles aroung the ball.
You should support the weight of the product until you are able to hold the heaviest weight with no support.
The toy can be used with a water or silicon lube. Clean before and after use in soapy water or with an anti-bacterial toy cleaner.
